Marc Pierre-Louis

Marc has been a nurse practitioner since 2011, bringing over 15 years of advanced clinical experience to every patient encounter. His career began in the Emergency Room (2007–2011), where he developed a sharp, fast-thinking clinical foundation under pressure.

After earning his FNP-BC, Marc spent 7 years in cardiology — managing complex heart conditions, arrhythmias, and chronic cardiovascular disease — followed by 2 years in neurology, treating patients with neurological disorders and complex CNS conditions. He then transitioned into inpatient internal medicine, practicing at virtually every major hospital in Central Florida, including AdventHealth, Orlando Health, and HCA facilities.

Since 2018, Marc has also incorporated substance abuse management into his practice — providing medication-assisted treatment and recovery support, reflecting his belief that true wellness means addressing the whole person, not just physical symptoms.

Through years of watching patients struggle with weight, fatigue, hormonal decline, and chronic inflammation inside the traditional healthcare system, Marc developed a deep, personal passion for medical weight loss — particularly GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy — as a transformative tool that changes lives, not just numbers on a scale.

His passion extends into Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), where he has seen firsthand how optimizing testosterone, estrogen, and thyroid levels restores energy, mental clarity, libido, and overall quality of life for both men and women who had simply been told their labs were "normal."

Marc is also a strong advocate for regenerative medicine — including stem cell therapy and peptide protocols — believing that the future of healthcare lies in harnessing the body's own healing intelligence to repair, restore, and optimize from the inside out. In 2022, he founded Rejuvenate & Wellness Center to bring all of these passions together under one roof.

Tamara Nieves-Alicea

COO · Family Nurse Practitioner, Board-Certified

Tamara has been a Registered Nurse since 2009, beginning her career in the Emergency Room — where she built a sharp, high-acuity clinical foundation managing trauma, critical illness, and fast-paced patient care. She became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017.

After earning her FNP-BC, Tamara spent 3 years in nursing home medical management, overseeing the care of elderly patients with complex, multi-system conditions. She then moved into family practice for 3 years, managing patients of all ages across the full spectrum of primary care.

It was during her time in primary care that Tamara developed a deep passion for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) — witnessing firsthand how hormonal imbalances were silently affecting her patients' quality of life, energy, mood, and metabolism. She became a dedicated advocate for bioidentical hormone optimization and joint injections, helping patients reclaim their vitality and mobility through targeted, evidence-based interventions.

Tamara also developed a genuine passion for skin health and dermatology — particularly the treatment of melasma, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone that disproportionately affects women of color. She understands that skin confidence is deeply personal, and she approaches every aesthetic treatment with both clinical precision and cultural sensitivity. From chemical peels and brightening protocols to advanced topical therapies, Tamara is committed to helping every patient achieve healthy, radiant skin that reflects how they feel on the inside.

In 2022, Tamara joined Marc in launching Rejuvenate & Wellness Center, bringing her ER instincts, primary care expertise, passion for hormonal wellness, and dedication to skin health to a clinic built around the care patients deserve but rarely receive.
